Customers have told us we are down to earth and easy to approach with any questions or concerns, which is probably why we decided to start Performance Refrigeration together in 2015. 

We all met while working in the same industry, refrigeration, for different companies. We wished we had more control to make positive changes for the company, and the way we performed our jobs, but we were met with too many roadblocks. 

We all went out for dinner one night and realized we had similar experiences and values. The following weeks, we all quit our jobs one by one, and Performance Refrigeration was born. We recruited a few family members to join us. “We love working together, we consider ourselves family”.
